The hotel is conveniently located with a metro station right below it, making it easy to travel around the city. There are also plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants in the vicinity. The staff at the reception is extremely professional, helpful, and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. a great choice for sightseeing, shopping, and exploring the city.

Felt like home, nothing to complain about.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the metro station and the bustling commercial street in downtown Vienna. It's so convenient to explore the city and go shopping. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The breakfast is excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. There's also free wifi to easily research the city. The hotel truly provides all the necessary facilities for a great city break.

One drawback was the extremely dry atmosphere in the room, which made it uncomfortable at times.

When we visit Vienna, we like staying here. Location very close to shops, bars and restaurants, hofburg palace and a lot of attractions in the old city, the market, subway and almost every sightseeing of Vienna.

The hotel had a great location, right in the city center and within walking distance of many main attractions. It was also conveniently close to public transportation. the room itself was spacious and had everything I needed. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making my stay even more enjoyable.

One downside was the heating system, which was a bit strange. During my stay in February, it was extremely hot in the room and I had to leave the windows open to cool down.

The location of Nh Wien City was excellent, with shops and restaurants nearby. I stayed in a spacious triple standard room which was perfect for my needs. The separate living room in the room was convenient, allowing me to relax without disturbing my children. Being right on Mariahilferstrasse, everything was within walking distance, including the metro station right outside the hotel. Additionally, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a prime location for shopping, easily accessible by metro, and has a tidy and quiet atmosphere. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of viennoiserie, jams, smoothies, cheese, and a frothy melange. The room is spacious and well-equipped with a large table, office chair, Nespresso machine, and complimentary capsules and tea bags. The staff, particularly Peter at the front desk, provide friendly and excellent service. Nearby are plenty of grocery stores, supermarkets, and restaurants.

I felt very secure during my stay and have no reason to complain.

The hotel also offers a variety of services, including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The spa and wellness center is a great place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The free Wi-Fi is a nice bonus, and the luggage storage and 24-hour reception make it easy to check in and out at any time.

I recently stayed at NH Hotel in Vienna for a few days and it was a great experience. The hotel is centrally located and close to all the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate dining/work area and a cozy sitting area. The bed was comfortable and we had a peaceful night's sleep. I also appreciated the empty fridge in the room, which allowed us to store drinks and snacks as needed. Additionally, having a parking place was very convenient, even though it required an extra fee. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.
